With the rapid growth of technology over the past 10 years, shopping for a home has become easier and more convenient than ever, but has it gotten better? In some aspects of the home buying process, yes. You can now look for listings from the comfort of your living room while sipping on your morning coffee. That’s very convenient and a great way to get the ball rolling but it’s far from being the most effective way of buying a home. A Real Estate Agent will have experience and the answers that you may have that you may have when searching, listing or purchasing your home or properties. You can’t automate years of years of knowledge and that’s for sure!

In addition to the human aspects of using an Agent, Real Estate Agents have access to way more listings than a website like Zillow may have. That is because not every property for rent or for sale ends up on public house listing sites. In fact, Real Estate Agents have access to databases that show every listing in any neighborhood that you may want, even those that have not been advertised. That means that that you are not as limited when it comes to finding the right property.

Once you’ve found the right property, now what? Well this is where all of those chops and experience come into play. A Real Estate Agent will do all of the paperwork necessary to get you into your home. They know which forms to send, who to reach out to for inspections, loans, and more! And the benefits don’t end there. Having a third-party negotiate the price of your home means that they will be just emotionally detached enough to make sure that they get you into your home at the best price possible
