Stephanie did her best to bring us the highest price. She directed us through the maze of bureaucracy and paperwork associated with selling a home. I would recommend Stephanie act as a seller’s or a buyer’s agent. However I was not pleased with the brokerage firm that Stephanie is associated with. The first agent we dealt with was very unprofessional. The broker used the threat of fining us a goodly sum of money if we switched firms, even though our experiences with the first agent were so negative. Fortunately our experiences with Stephanie were positive. In the end, the broker didn’t even send a thank you our way. In my not so humble opinion, Stephanie should go to work for another firm.

We knew we made the right choice the first day we met Stephanie. She went above and beyond the whole time. We were purchasing a home and selling at the same time. A process that should have been hectic and stressful, Stephanie made it so easy for us. My wife and I have very busy work schedules, but Stephanie was incredibly flexible and went the extra mile whenever we needed her. I’ve worked with several realtors in the past and no one holds a candle to her. If you want someone who’s hardworking, caring and will get you into the house of your dreams...call Stephanie. Vera Chamberlin is AMAZING! Her knowledge of the market in Las Vegas sold our house quickly and we were able to buy our dream house. Vera was always available via text, phone or email with all of the questions we had any time any day. I would a thousand percent call her if you want to get your home sold quickly and at the price you want, get her.
