    Stephanie did her best to bring us the highest price. She directed us through the maze of bureaucracy and paperwork associated with selling a home. I would recommend Stephanie act as a seller’s or a buyer’s agent. However I was not pleased with the brokerage firm that Stephanie is associated with. The first agent we dealt with was very unprofessional. The broker used the threat of fining us a goodly sum of money if we switched firms, even though our experiences with the first agent were so negative. Fortunately our experiences with Stephanie were positive. In the end, the broker didn’t even send a thank you our way. In my not so humble opinion, Stephanie should go to work for another firm.

    Josh is the greatest. He found me my perfect home. I was in FL while searching for a home in Las Vegas. Josh was always available and kept me updated during the whole process. He stayed on top of my lender and made sure everything was ready for me to close on time. I highly recommend him.

    Buying a home during the peak in the market is not an easy task. Stephanie was always very professional and personal. My stress level was extremely high as (all) my criteria and short time frame needed to be met. Stephanie is not only a fabulous realtor, but also an excellent support system. She moved fast to provide us varieties of homes knowing exactly what we needed. She negotiated and helped us to obtain the perfect house, working hard to make sure everything (from repairs to closing) was completed in a super short time period. Stephanie is amazing and I would highly recommend her to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home.

    Just I am at Vera Chamberlain through a friend I was moving to Vegas from Hawaii she took the time to show me all my options she had referred me to lenders that helped me with my credit and I was able to qualify for the loan I wanted and to move into my dream home. When I buy my next home I will be using her again. She is also a tough negotiator she was advocating for me as a single mom of three kids. I highly recommend her.

    5 stars across the board. Would give more if I could because she went above and beyond. Had a couple questions and obstacles in front of me and Vera took the time to not only help me, she went to bat helping me create opportunities to find a home for my four kids, dog, and I. Complete professional, quick response, thorough, communicated effectively, really kind and family oriented as well.     It was great working with Kyle! He assisted us with our home sale and our new purchase. He was really flexible and went above and beyond to make sure everything worked out for me and my wife. We have worked with multiple agents over the last few years and really were not happy at all with them and had to basically jump from one agent to the next until we found someone like Kyle who was on top of it. Communication and follow ups are so important during this time period and Kyle was the man along with his team who were always on the ball.
